As an Occupational Therapist I offer assistance with people returning to important roles & activities and functional assessment.
My promise is to provide a safe and comfortable space and assist people in moving forward in life and achieving their goals set out in therapy.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through treatment I work with people to assist in recovering motivation, perspective, and a return to focus on meaningful life.
Men suffer from all the emotional issues females suffer from, but males can be programmed to behave differently to those emotions, to hold them in. It is important that men are allowed to express their emotions in a constructive and safe way. My goal in therapy is to work with emotions & allow people to follow their values and act in a way that leads to a rich, full life.
